Endowment Distribution Request

AMCF endowment holders can request distributions from their funds at any time. Approval is based on AMCF’s review and consultation with the endowment holder, with careful attention to the long-term health and sustainability of the fund. The form below initiates the review process.

Who Can Submit a Request

This form is for organizations with existing endowment funds at AMCF. If you’re interested in establishing a new endowment, please visit our endowments page or contact our team directly.

How the Process Works

1. Submit your request. Use the form below to share your distribution amount, the date you need funds by, and the intended use.

2. Review and consultation. Our team will reach out within 2 weeks to discuss your request and any considerations for your fund. Approval is based on mutual consensus between AMCF and the endowment holder.

3. Approval. Once approved, your request moves to payment processing.

4. Payment processing. Funds are released within 30 days of approval, subject to liquidity timelines from our asset manager.

How long does the entire process take?

From submission to funds in hand, plan for roughly 4 to 6 weeks. Initial review takes up to 2 weeks, and payment processing can take up to 30 days following approval. Some invested funds may have additional liquidity restrictions.

Can a distribution request be denied?

Yes. AMCF reviews each distribution request based on the long-term health of the endowment, the intended use of funds, and any restrictions on the underlying investments. Our team will always work with the endowment holder to find a workable path forward.

What if I don’t know my fund number?

The fund number is helpful but not required. If you don’t have it on hand, just enter the name of your endowment fund and our team will match it on our end.

How will the funds be paid out?

Distributions are processed through Bill.com following approval. Our operations team will coordinate with you on payee details and delivery method.
