Extend your Detroit experience with a guided visit to DREAM of Detroit, a community development organization transforming neighborhoods through affordable housing, youth leadership, education, economic opportunity, and resident-led revitalization. This immersive experience offers a chance to see collective impact in action while learning from local leaders creating lasting change.

AMCF Detroit Community Engagement Experience at Zaman International

A second optional experience later the same afternoon as DREAM of Detroit. Join one or both.

Friday, September 4 | 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.

Join us for a guided tour of Zaman International’s Hope for Humanity Center and learn how their social enterprise model works. Now in its 30th year, Zaman’s mission is to facilitate change and advance the lives of marginalized women and children by enabling them to meet essential needs common to all humankind.

The facility includes a food pantry and health center, along with the Stitch Lab, the Good Deeds Retail Shop, and the Rising Hope Bakery.
