If Funders Can’t Find You, They Can’t Fund You

Candid is the largest source of information on nonprofits and the foundations that fund them — and your organization likely already has a profile there. But are you using it to its full potential?

In this practical webinar, we’ll walk through how to claim your free Candid profile, what a Seal of Transparency is, and how earning one can increase your visibility with donors and funders who rely on Candid to make funding decisions.

We’ll also cover Go for Gold, an initiative that gives small nonprofits free access to Candid Search so you can find funders aligned with your mission.

What You’ll Learn

  • What Candid is and why funders and donors rely on it
  • What a Seal of Transparency is and what it signals to funders
  • How to claim your free nonprofit profile on Candid (it takes less than an hour)
  • What information you need to earn a Seal — and why it’s worth the effort
  • How a Seal supports your capacity building and long-term fundraising

Walk Away With

  • A practical, actionable step you can take immediately
  • Understanding of how to strengthen your nonprofit’s presence
  • Knowledge of free tools available for small nonprofits

You don’t need a big team or a big budget — just about an hour and basic organizational information.
