About This Webinar
Leadership Is a Call to Justice — Not Just a Title
What does it mean to lead as a Muslim woman in today’s world? This webinar redefines leadership through an Islamic lens — one rooted not in hierarchy, but in justice, belonging, and the courage to ensure every voice is heard and valued.
In partnership with Rabata and the AMCF Women’s Giving Circle, join speaker Fatima Salaam for a conversation that challenges us to see diversity, equity, and inclusion not as external frameworks, but as deeply Islamic obligations — foundational to every decision we make and every community we build.
Key Takeaways
Three Principles to Lead By
Belonging is a leadership responsibility, not just a feeling
Justice requires action, not intention
Leadership is both relational and courageous
Webinar Goal
“The goal of this webinar is to redefine how we see ourselves as leaders by offering an Islamic perspective on diversity, equity, and inclusion — rooted in justice and belonging. It centers women as leaders who are called to cultivate environments where all voices are heard, valued, and respected, and where justice is not peripheral, but foundational to every decision and interaction.”
